Saudi Airlines Refund Policy

You can claim for refund if you booked your ticket through Master Card, Cash, SADAD, SPAN, Visa, Check…

Procedure:
1. Login for their Alfursan members’ profiles.
2. Click on “My Trips” pick the itinerary they would like to cancel and click on display.
3. On the booking screen page, click on “Cancel Reservation” button.

After canceled ticket, You have to fill the refund request form here to claim the refund. No Default charges & extra fees apply. You will get the full amount.

Saudi Airlines Cancellation Policy

The Passenger is permitted to cancel his flight reservation without fees(charges) & receive a 100 percentage refund provided if the person cancels the e-ticket booking within 24 hours of purchase. You can check the status by cancellation number.

Saudi Airlines Pregnancy Policy & Rules

Pregnant women are approved to travel until 8th month without any medical certificate.

After 8th months of pregnancy, the pregnant women must offer a medical certification form filled in by qualified doctors. The form will be accepted for ten days from the date of concern.

Saudi Airlines Pet Policy

Saudia enables to travel with household animals when they are properly confined to cages and accompanied by a valid health certificate and vaccination certificate against rabies and other animal diseases.

Saudi Airlines No Show Policy

If you don’t cancel booking ticket before flight departure time, No-Show Penalty Fees will apply.

Saudi Airlines Infant/Child Policy & Age Limit

Infants under 2 years old will be accepted when accompanied by a passenger at least 16 years old

If the baby reaches the age of two years, they need to pay the applicable child fare, taxes, fees and charges for that portion of the journey.

Babies with bassinets may be permitted after the 1st week of their birthday. For baby, over two days age will be accepted if they submit a medical clearance form.
