Elite, Silver and Gold Airpoints members Get recognition upgrades for free in each membership year. You can use this upgrades to change your class for example economy to the Skycouch economy or Economy to seat and bag or premium economy to business premier class.
Others need to request upgrade in Manage Booking section for extra cost

Simply decide and submit your upgrade bid offer for auction at least 72 hours before Scheduled departure time. You can also upgrade at an airport if unsold seats are available.
