Air New Zealand Manage Booking Online

First Method:

1. Go to Manage MY Booking page.

2. Please fill the required information in that form and click on CONTINUE.

3. The booking reference number is located on your e-Ticket and bill.

4. The family name has to be the one which was mentioned during the reservation.

Second Method:
If you are an Air points member, you can check all of your flight bookings in 1 area. Just log in to your account and then select flight reservation in My Bookings section.

Whichever way you retrieve your booking, you may notice a range of choices based on the booking kind. These may include printing your e-ticket, seat selection, cancel and change your booking online.
